This piece is created from reclaimed redwood with pine back, drawer sides and bottoms. It is fabricated, joined and crafted using hand tools, other than the radius found on the frame. The case itself uses through mortises, rabbets and tongue and groove for the back. The drawers of the piece are dovetailed and the hardware is of the highest quality brass and hidden from view. Knobs are custom and fitted into drawers and doors. They are not removable, they are part of the piece. The entire piece has 6 coats of hand rubbed finish.
